vegetarian single father in Florida Keys

I am a very longtime vegetarian (mostly fruit n grain based foods); I've been a vegan off n on over the years when I find the discipline. I do not drink alcohol, do illegal drugs, or smoke. Formerly, a tenured college professor of computer science for 9 years, I also taught English in China for 2 years, and elementary school computer classes. Things I like: computers, water sports (sail-snorkel-dive), inventing things, acrobatics on trampolines, dancing of all types, studying science and law/politics. I play a little guitar but would prefer to be playing congas/marimbas/vibes. I enjoy museums, art, and concerts. I watch lots of movies, listen to podcasts n NPR, and don't watch sports. I have long wanted to get into snow sports: skiing, snowboard, ice yachting, and others. I have a motorhome and when I get an opportunity, I enjoy boondocking around North America. I also enjoy sailing around the warm coral seas (I live in FL Keys). I have two children; a 6 year old girl and 9 year old boy. Their mother is Chinese and she visits with the kids on a regular basis. My kids are very well behaved, healthy, and smart. I am very much interested in living off the grid, and in treading very lightly on this planet. I have two VW diesel vehicles (Jetta n Vanagon) that I am converting to run on waste vegetable oil). I would love to find a "Second Hand Rose," because I often buy recycled merchandise at thrift stores and yard sales, rather than contribute to rising mountains of garbage. I'm also very concerned with basic human rights that many are deprived of here in the USA, like health care, homelessness, free speech, and social justice. With regards to children: I love kids and want a mate who either: 1) has children of her own, 2) wants to have more kids with me, or 3) would like to share the caregiving of my kids with me. I am willing to relocate anywhere, but currently "stuck in paradise." I hope that will change soon.
