Economy Crippled, Cities Crumbling--Sprawl is Welfare!

None of the NPOs for land use appear to be working together, and one person is trying to singlehandedly handle the nation(not me). Looking for someone to help me start a nationwide network instead. ADA accommodations are giving small boroughs trouble because the states won't fund it, Benderson Development is spreading shopping centers across the U.S. and they don't have a Wikipedia page, zoning laws are coincidentally the same in most states, where authority is given to invdividual municipalities who must accommodate for every type of use. That only leaves local NIMBYs to defend the community--the Sierra Club only wants to deal with national or state issues/lobbying. Environmental land use law is a specialized field, and corporate lawyers tend to be more experienced. Additionally, they can only be certified in one or two states unless they go to law school twice. Democrats and Republicans nationally both supported giving out free housing, and there's an incredibly strong building lobby. In history, every time there was an unwanted ethnic group in any particular area of a city, it was declared blighted, and the ethnic groups were given nowhere to go. Furthermore, sprawl and poor planning will lead to overcrowded school districts, abandoned school buildings, more free mortgages, higher school property taxes paid even by senior citizens on their deathbeds...poor air and water quality, etc. Pedestrian and biking communities are all the rage in some places, but where I live people love F150s, Jimmys, F250s, Dodge Suburbans and so on. They want places to shop to be brought to them. As far as I know there is no Political Action Committee for land use planning, acting at local or state levels in every district and every municipality--correct me if I am wrong. We have to win 67% of seats anywhere in the U.S. in our State Legislatures in order to protect land. Eminent domain is rampant and our best neighborhoods are being torn down for luxury condominiums.
