I try to be reasonably self-sufficient. Self employed. Built my own house; built my computer. Do my own mechanical work. Grow a surplus of vegetables. Keep chickens for eggs. Even kept bees for a while. I'm working towards a sustainable lifestyle, which may (or may not) eventually take me out of Florida. I am a perpetual student. Sometimes it seems the more I learn the less I know. Can't stand intolerance. I seek a partner to explore the limits and meaning of Life in Harmony; within ourselves, between each other and with the natural world. I have been vegetarian and could easily be again. As a practical matter, becoming independent of factory farm products means eating less or no meat. For now I eat a little meat, but it's not extremely important to me. I enjoy good health which I attribute to diet and exercise (read "eats lots of whole fruits and vegetables and does lots of physical work"). I learn quickly and respond to well intended direction. I can be headstrong and sometimes my vigorous approach to problem solving needs gentle guidence. Or not so gentle. Above all, I am honest and sincere.
