Looking for my lady in red

I actually live in a small town where the township's park dept has seemed to neglect 2 of their 3 parks I have always wanted to claim ownership to these parks so that I could take leadership in grouping together volunteers to assist with trail maintanence such as overgrown weeds covering park benches, garbage that washed into the streambed, rocks, tree branches and other debris that could be removed to make the hiking trails look more cleaner.. hopefully that day will come I am looking specifically for individuals who believes that making a change in the environment from maintaining public parks and campgrounds to urging for cleaner and more affordable energy solutions because the more people get together to change the environment the healthier it will be for everyone to enjoy..
