I love Borscht and this is my own vegetarian Borscht recipe, adapted from other recipes. BORSCHT 4-6 persons Preparation time: 30+ Minutes Cooking time: 1 hour 300 gram beetroot 2-4 carrots or other root vegetable 1 tea spoon oil/ margarine/ other type of fat 1 large or two small onions 2 and a half litres of stock or 1 or 2 stock cubes (adjust according to taste) 1 tablespoon of vinegar Salt Pepper A tin of chopped tomatoes or 225 gram tomatoes 150ml Sour Cream Fresh parsley...
